Swing it out on a Showboat Party!

Looking for a party with at least 4 people? You should come along on our Showboat Party! A party that you’ve never seen before. With a perfect view of the impressive skyline of Rotterdam we’ll cruise through the largest harbour of the world. The dance floor is full, the live band is playing and the entertainers are making the guests laugh.

You can actively participate or just sit back and enjoy the show. From young till old, there is enough to do and see for everybody. Listed below you’ll find the program and all the possibilities of reserving your own lounge.

The price for this complete evening is € 89,50 per person and includes the following:

Lounges main deck

Paddle steamer De Majesteit consists of five lounges in total, which can be reserved exclusively for your group if required. In this case you’ll pay the rate for the lounge, the number of guests are included in the price mentioned.

This lounge will take you back to the Victorian days of the 19th century. Royal colours like green and warm reds with gold accents were very popular in those days.

When your group consists of more then 115 persons you can book the Veranda which lay adjacent to the Princes Lounge and is decorated in the same style.

An authentic piano-player from 1926 is the show- piece in this lounge. The area is totally decorated in the popular Art Deco style of the roaring twenties.

Lounges upper deck

Named after the world’s largest harbour city and hometown of De Majesteit. You’ll find massive mahogany and ornamental cast iron accents in this nautical meeting place

The rich and famous of the early 20th century entertained themselves in the garden lounges of the large transatlantic steam liners.

De Majesteit has it’s own Garden Lounge.

Just like the real wheelhouse located directly above this Lounge you’ll find a GPS and various instruments regarding the speed, course and depth of the boat.

This is your chance to pretend to be the captain.

Number of persons

Two weeks in advance of the Showboat Party you’ll need to inform us of the definite number of persons in your group. The allowed margin of cancellation is 10% of the number of persons you booked at the time of the reservation. Reservations are always based upon availability.

When booking a lounge exclusively, you’ll be charged the rate of the lounge. If the number of guests exceeds the maximum number of the lounge, you’ll be charged

€ 89,50 per person (€ 92,50 for December).

Payment

After making a definite reservation you’ll receive an invoice for the full amount. The invoice needs to be paid 6 weeks before the Showboat Party.

Entry tickets

After receiving the payment, we’ll send you the entry tickets for the Showboat Party. The guests are being expected between 19.30 hrs and 20.00 hrs.

The boat will not be accessible before 19.30 hrs.
